Preparation for coordination with institutions and issuance of a building permit.
Coordination between architectural and engineering departments.
4. Working project
Drawing of all details, structural and architectural units.
Specification of materials, joinery, flooring, roofing solutions and facade materials.
Preparation of documentation for actual implementation of the site.
5. Author supervision
Monitoring the correspondence between the design and construction.
