Process stages

1. Analysis and concept

Collaborate with architects and investors to define the vision of the suspended facade.
Optimization of the dimensions and suspension of the panels according to the architectural rhythm and construction requirements.
Selection of surface type, color, texture and concrete treatment.

2. Facade distribution

Preparation of drawings with the location and grid of all facade elements. Preparation of standard details for hanging the panels. Checking for compatibility with other facade systems (carpentry, ventilation, drainage, etc.).

3. Technical Design and Calculations

Preparation of detailed drawings with accurate panel distribution and installation plans. Calculations for load capacity, anchoring and wind loads. Preparation of documentation for production and installation.

4. Production of facade panels

Production under controlled conditions from high-strength concrete with guaranteed physical and mechanical properties. Possibility of customized geometries, reliefs and colors. Verification of the accuracy of each element before shipment.

5. Installation of the facade system

Construction of the substructure. Delivery and installation of the concrete panels. Final inspection and handover of the completed facade with warranty service. The installation can be performed by both our qualified installation team and the client's team. We offer installation training under the guidance of a technical manager from our team.
