Clean lines in White Concrete
“Kamenna” is a five-story residential building located in the Dragalevtsi district of Sofia. For the building’s façades, we produced and installed horizontal concrete panels measuring 3825 × 500 mm, executed in white with a smooth texture. The façade design combines plaster and concrete panels that wrap around the perimeter of each floor, creating a clearly defined architectural rhythm.
Ground floor accent with vertical concrete panels
At ground level, the façade is emphasized by large vertical concrete panels spanning the full floor height. These elements add scale and solidity to the building, forming a strong visual base upon which the lighter horizontal composition of the upper floors is developed. The contrast between vertical and horizontal elements contributes to a balanced and contemporary appearance.
Precisely Cast Concrete shaped by site geometry
External stairs connect the ground floor level to the building’s inner courtyard. The wall adjacent to the staircase is clad with concrete panels produced according to the exact silhouette of the existing stairs, following precise on-site measurements. This approach allows the façade solution to follow the geometry of the staircase, ensuring a seamless integration between architecture and detail.
L-Shaped Concrete Panels
The parapet in the courtyard area, leading to the garage level, is clad with L-shaped concrete panels. These elements complete the composition and extend the façade language into the exterior spaces of the building, ensuring consistency and a cohesive overall perception of the project.
White Façade Panels
The entire building is designed in white—both the plaster and the concrete panels. This highlights the purity of the forms, the interplay of light and shadow, and the refined texture of the concrete, turning “Kamenna” into an elegant and contemporary residential project, harmoniously integrated into the surroundings of Dragalevtsi.
