“MI CONCRETE” OOD (hereinafter referred to as “We” and “Administrator”) carries out its activities in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the guidelines and guidelines of the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and the Working Group under Art. 29 (after 25.05.2018 – of the European Data Protection Committee), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament.

By accepting the general terms and conditions and registering in the online store or placing an order without registration, or upon concluding a written contract, a contractual relationship is created between "MI Concrete" Ltd. and you, on the basis of which we process your personal data - GDPR.

2. PERIOD FOR STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. The storage of your personal data is for a period not longer than the existence of your account in the online store. After deleting your account, We take the necessary care to delete and destroy all your data.
