“MI CONCRETE” OOD (hereinafter referred to as “We” and “Administrator”) carries out its activities in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the guidelines and guidelines of the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and the Working Group under Art. 29 (after 25.05.2018 – of the European Data Protection Committee), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament.

1.3. We process the following categories of personal data and information that are necessary for registering a user in the online store, placing an order as a Guest, delivery, contacting the user and sending information to him: e-mail, name, delivery address and contact phone number.
1.4. By accepting the general terms and conditions and registering in the online store or placing an order without registration, or upon concluding a written contract, a contractual relationship is created between "MI Concrete" Ltd. and you, on the basis of which we process your personal data - GDPR.
1.5. The administrator does not collect and does not process personal data that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, genetic and biometric data, as well as data about health and sex life.
1.6. Personal data are collected by the Administrator from the persons to whom they relate and from the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency.

2. PERIOD FOR STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. The storage of your personal data is for a period not longer than the existence of your account in the online store. After deleting your account, We take the necessary care to delete and destroy all your data.
2.2. When placing an order as a Guest in the online store, the data is stored until the order is completed.
2.3. “MI Concrete” Ltd. stores your personal data for (up to 5 years) for the purposes of protecting the legal interests of the Administrator in legal or administrative disputes, which may exceed the period described in points 3.1. and 3.2.
2.4. “MI Concrete” Ltd. stores the personal data of its business partners for the term of the contract, to comply with the legitimate interests and legal obligations of “MI Concrete” Ltd., as this term may exceed the term of the concluded contract.

3.1. To download the data that is stored and processed for Bac in connection with the use of the services of “MI Concrete” Ltd., directly through your profile or by request by email.
