Prefabricated facade elements in exposed concrete
For Dragomir Winery Estate, MI Concrete produced and installed reinforced concrete façade elements – columns, beams, and concrete caps – designed as a prefabricated system. All elements were cast individually according to custom dimensions based on their specific positions on site and executed with an exposed concrete finish.
Rhythm, depth and facade composition
The columns are arranged asymmetrically and framed by beams at the top and bottom, creating a clearly defined architectural rhythm. The windows are recessed relative to the façade line, giving depth and plasticity to the volume. The light grey concrete contrasts sharply with the basalt stone cladding, contributing to a highly recognizable façade identity.
Reinforced concrete staircase as a signature element
The main staircase is formed from reinforced concrete steps, produced as individual prefabricated elements. Each step was cast separately and installed onto the previous one, allowing precise control over geometry, joints, and visual rhythm. The staircase functions not only as a circulation element but also as an architectural accent leading visitors to the winery entrance.
