Reinforced concrete elements in a single-family residential setting
For the single-family house “Ventisette,” located in Belaštica, MI Concrete produced prefabricated reinforced concrete elements in factory conditions, intended for the exterior spaces. The project includes a staircase, a bar, and steps made of exposed concrete, designed as clearly defined architectural objects that complement the modern, minimalist aesthetic of the house.
Concrete bar as a functional poolside accent
The central feature of the pool area is a U-shaped concrete bar, 450 cm in length. The countertop is realized as a monolithic reinforced concrete element, with an integrated channel at its base designed for LED lighting.
Structural staircase in exposed concrete
The house entrance is defined by a series of reinforced concrete blocks arranged sequentially, forming a long step toward the main entry. Additionally, the connection between the garden, pool, and lower level of the building is achieved through a monolithic reinforced concrete staircase in exposed concrete, spanning one floor height. The staircase weighs approximately 5 tons and was installed with a crane, structurally supported on two cantilevers attached to the slab. This solution demonstrates the potential for constructing massive, load-bearing concrete elements with a high degree of precision and control in both production and installation.
